Director
With extensive experience and full Early Years qualifications (including Level 3), Radia leads Busy Minds Montessori with passion and dedication. She is committed to fostering a safe, inspiring, and nurturing environment where every child can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.
Farrah Baig
Director / Manager
Farrah brings a wealth of expertise to her dual role as Director and Manager. Fully qualified in Level 3 Early Years, Pediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene, she ensures our nursery maintains the highest standards of safety, care, and educational excellence every single day.
Aqsa Shahid
Nursery Assistant
Aqsa brings energy and care to our daily activities, keeping child safety at the forefront with her Pediatric First Aid certification. She is currently expanding her expertise by completing her Level 3 qualification in Early Years education, dedicating her time to supporting each child’s development.
